I took this photo of my hubby on Father's Day this year and knew I had to make up a theme for this! Ha! Ha! It reminds me of bitter beer face man. LOL Yes, I got hubby's permission to share this photo. ;-) He thought I was crazy though! Hee! Hee! Lotta laughs in this photo. It is also now hit picture that appears on my cell when he calls me.

I love showing off the hairdo's I do on my girls hair. So I thought I would share one of those today. I made this cake for my family a few weeks ago per request. LOL It was a quick bake late in the evening because they were really craving a piece of cake. I also quickly slathered on the frosting and used my knife to give it some little peaks. I don't care for frosting much, but this sure looks tasty. ;-) I am hoping to pin some of your tasty recipes for my family. Looking forward to your entries.

I made this cake for Micah's 3rd birthday. I bet you can't tell what he loves! I love to make cakes, and cupcakes and decorate them for the person who is receiving it! I have never had any formal training or taken any classes but that is something I would LOVE to do someday. But for now, I'll stick to the simple to make/design cakes! And I love making the cake part different from just a box mix too (when I have the time) but this one was a box mix, afterall we had just moved two weeks before I made this! Can't wait to see your cakes!

This photo was taken recently on a fishing trip with our kids. We wanted to |SHARE| with them our love of the outdoors and fishing was our choice this day! This was their first time fishing and they had a blast! We didn't catch any fish that day, but we were so happy that they had fun. We went fishing again this past weekend and we came home with a bundle of fish. The kids were super excited.

This is a photo of my kiddos....chilling in the pool while watching fireworks. LOL They loved it! I love the arms in the air. Like "YEAH"! Fireworks "ROCK"! Hee! Hee! We spent our day swimming and BBQ'ing. Played some games. Swam some more and headed home. It was great time! I look forward to reading about your days and can't wait to see your pics!

This picture was taken by my oldest daughter. You may have seen these pics in a previous post about fun with dirt. All of those pics were taken by her. They were so proud of all of their creations. Every time they made a new one, they asked for my camera (cell phone camera, lol) They actually told me I needed to share this on my blog. So cute! And I have to say, for the very first photo she took, this was cool. Unedited, this angle is great! Good job baby!

Tara's | Father's Day | Photo

Father's Day was a lot of fun! We went to breakfast with a bunch of family. Then we all headed to the local Crawdad festival. We tried Crawdad and Alligator for the first time. Surprisingly good! Then we headed to my parents for a BBQ and swimming. It was a lot of fun! And all the daddy's were so happy with their gifts!
